ActAI is building proactive, AI-native applications for email, notes, and tasks that require minimal prompting. As a Founder's Associate, you will work closely with core teams to execute critical projects, improve operational processes, and help scale the company's capabilities.
What you'll do
- Drive high-priority initiatives across various business functions
- Collaborate with leadership to solve product and business challenges
- Build new teams, processes, and capabilities during growth phases
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution
- Research new markets, products, and business opportunities
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
- Take ownership of projects to deliver meaningful business outcomes
