Join as the first full-time engineering hire to shape the technical direction of a product-focused team. You will build AI agent systems and solve infrastructure challenges while collaborating closely with founders on product decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and enhance AI agent systems powering the core product
- Own full-stack development across backend, APIs, and frontend
- Collaborate with founders on product and technical decisions
- Design scalable backend systems for AI workloads
- Contribute to platform infrastructure as the team expands
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of full-stack product shipping experience
- Strong backend and product engineering skills
- Hands-on experience building AI agents in production
- Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems
- Ability to own work from concept through delivery
- Strong academic background or startup experience
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance or financial services sectors

What you get
- Base salary between $150,000 and $190,000
- Equity stake ranging from 1% to 3%
