Join an early-stage team developing AI-driven financial research platforms, initially targeting the healthcare sector. You will build infrastructure and applications that transform diverse data sources into reliable insights for professional investors.
This position requires end-to-end ownership of features, from data pipelines to frontend interfaces. You will balance model reasoning with deterministic software to improve AI agent parsing and extraction systems.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features across frontend, backend, data pipelines, and real-time systems.
- Create tools to help analysts add data sources and maintain industry coverage.
- Improve AI agent parsing and extraction by balancing model reasoning with software.
- Own work end-to-end including data inspection, QA, deployment, and support.
- Develop the company data model and initial earnings research product.
What you'll need
- 2 to 7 years of professional experience building and operating production systems.
- Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI systems or LLM apps in production.
- Full-stack skills: Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL, SQL, PostgreSQL, and real-time data systems.
- Proficiency with AWS, observability, monitoring, and debugging distributed systems.
- Strong ownership and ability to work across unfamiliar systems quickly.
- US citizenship is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial research, capital markets, or investment banking.
- Familiarity with modern data tools, edge infrastructure, or AI/ML developer tools.
