Join as a founding engineer to architect and build a platform combining large-scale data systems with AI agents. You will own core infrastructure, write production code across the stack, and shape early engineering culture in a high-autonomy environment.
What you'll do
- Architect and build scalable APIs, backend services, and web components
- Contribute across the stack including data pipelines, agents, and UIs
- Design internal tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product and design to prototype and ship features
- Define engineering processes and contribute to team documentation
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack or backend engineer
- Proven track record of delivering production systems end-to-end
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js
- Familiarity with building APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure at scale
- Comfortable working in early-stage startups or autonomous roles
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
- Background in 0-1 pre-seed startup environments
- Strong sense of ownership and preference for building systems
- Ability to think about architecture and performance tradeoffs
