Clera is reimagining talent acquisition by using AI agents to automate the end-to-end headhunting process. As the fourth engineer, you will work directly with the CTO and founding team to ship features daily and own product areas from concept to deployment.
The company has raised $3M in pre-seed funding and serves VC-backed startups. This role requires living and working together in a San Francisco hackerhouse to maximize collaboration and speed.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate constantly with the founding team in person
- Talk to customers and iterate based on their feedback
What you'll need
- Very strong background in TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- Experience working with LLM APIs is a plus
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to live and work in San Francisco
