As the fourth engineering hire, you will work directly with the CTO and other founders to shape the product direction. You will own entire feature areas from concept to deployment, shipping code daily to production.
The team is building agentic systems that automate headhunting workflows for VC-backed startups. This position offers significant equity and the chance to impact a large industry during a critical growth phase.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own product areas from initial concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate constantly with the founding team in SF
- Iterate quickly based on direct customer feedback
What you'll need
- Strong background in software engineering with TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- Experience working with LLM APIs is a plus
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense, collaborative environment
- Ability to balance rapid prototyping with scalable architecture
