Join Clera as the fourth engineering hire to help automate headhunting with AI agents. You will work directly with the CTO and founding team to build agentic systems that connect top talent with VC-backed startups.
This position is based in a San Francisco hackerhouse, offering intense collaboration and rapid feedback loops. You will have significant ownership over product direction and technical decisions from concept to deployment.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers
- Iterate on products based on direct customer feedback
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background in TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense, collaborative environment
- Ability to balance speed of delivery with code quality and scale
