Clera is reimagining talent acquisition by automating the entire headhunting process with AI agents. As the fourth engineering hire, you will work directly with the CTO and founding team to ship features daily and own product areas from concept to deployment.
The company has raised $3M in pre-seed funding and serves VC-backed startups. This role offers significant equity and the chance to shape the product direction in a high-traction environment.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Talk to customers and iterate based on their feedback
- Transition code from rapid prototyping to scalable quality
What you'll need
- Very strong software engineering background
- Experience with TypeScript and React
- Practical experience working with AI tools like Cursor
- Experience with LLM APIs is a plus
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense environment
