As the fourth engineering hire, you will work directly with the CTO to build agentic systems that automate headhunting. You will own product areas from concept to deployment, shipping features daily in a fast-paced startup setting.
The company has raised $3M in pre-seed funding and serves VC-backed startups. This position requires high agency and a focus on creating value through rapid iteration and customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Transition code from rapid prototyping to scalable quality
- Interact with customers and iterate based on their feedback
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background in TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- Experience working with LLM APIs is a plus
- High agency mindset with a focus on resourcefulness
- Willingness to live and work in a San Francisco hackerhouse
