Clera is reimagining talent acquisition by automating headhunting with AI agents. As the fourth engineer, you will work directly with the CTO to ship features daily and own product areas from concept to deployment. The team operates out of a shared living and working space in San Francisco to maximize collaboration and speed.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate constantly with the founding team in SF
- Iterate quickly based on direct customer feedback
What you'll need
- Strong background in TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- Experience working with LLM APIs is a plus
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to live and work in San Francisco
