Join as the fourth engineer at Clera, a startup automating headhunting with AI agents. You will work directly with the CTO to ship features daily and own product areas from concept to deployment.
The team operates out of a shared living and working space in San Francisco to maximize collaboration and speed. This position offers significant equity and the chance to shape the product direction early on.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers
- Talk to customers and iterate based on their feedback
What you'll need
- Very strong background in TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense environment
- Ability to balance rapid prototyping with scalable code
