As the fourth engineering hire, you will own product areas from concept to deployment while building fully agentic systems. The team automates headhunting workflows for VC-backed startups using AI agents, offering high impact and meaningful equity in a pre-seed stage company.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from initial concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex workflows
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and other founding engineers
- Talk to customers and iterate products based on their feedback
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools such as Cursor
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense, collaborative environment
- Ability to balance rapid prototyping with building for scale
