Clera is automating the headhunting process with AI agents, serving thousands of talents weekly. As the fourth engineer, you will work directly with the CTO to ship features daily and own product areas from concept to deployment.
The company has raised $3M in pre-seed funding and works with VC-backed startups. This position offers significant equity and the chance to shape the product direction in a high-growth environment.
What you'll do
- Ship features to production on a daily basis
- Own entire product areas from concept to deployment
- Build fully agentic systems to automate complex workflows
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding engineers
- Iterate on products based on direct customer feedback
What you'll need
- Strong background in software engineering with TypeScript and React
- Practical experience coding with AI tools like Cursor
- Experience working with LLM APIs is highly valued
- High agency and resourceful startup mindset
- Willingness to work hard in an intense, collaborative environment
- Ability to balance rapid prototyping with building for scale
