Join Ventuals as a founding engineer to help democratize access to private equity through onchain trading. You will work across the entire stack, from frontend features to core trading APIs and infrastructure scaling, directly influencing product strategy alongside the founders.
What you'll do
- Ship user-facing features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Build backend services for trading, market data, and indexing
- Develop monitoring systems to support exchange operations
- Shape product roadmap and strategy with founders
- Scale infrastructure powering the trading exchange
What you'll need
- Senior or staff-level individual contributor experience
- Proven track record building technical user-facing products
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Strong ownership mindset and high-agency execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code quickly
