Join Sailor Health as the fourth engineer to design and launch AI-first solutions addressing the mental health crisis among seniors. You will own major technical decisions while building virtual care tools, AI coaches, and operational backbones that serve thousands of patients across the US.
What you'll do
- Develop AI voice coaches for patient cognitive health and wellness routines
- Create AI care agents featuring speech-to-text triage and auto-summarized notes
- Architect the clinical operations layer for scheduling and revenue cycle management
- Shape engineering culture and make key technical decisions from the ground up
- Leverage healthcare APIs to ensure seamless and scalable care delivery
What you'll need
- Minimum four years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools
- Strong product intuition and ability to understand clinical business problems
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with imperfect information
