Join as a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to partner directly with consumer goods clients. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery to go-live, ensuring software supports their wholesale workflows.
Your work involves mapping complex operational processes and translating them into technical solutions. You will also collaborate with the engineering team to refine the product based on real-world customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding including discovery and integration
- Map purchase-order-to-cash workflows with customer operators
- Build and troubleshoot integrations across EDI and ERP systems
- Translate operational needs into data models and configurations
- Share field insights to drive product improvements
What you'll need
- At least 3 years in forward deployed or implementation engineering
- Experience owning customer onboarding from discovery to launch
- Hands-on skills with APIs, SQL, and data models
- Ability to read and write code for integration debugging
- Background integrating EDI, ERP, or freight systems
- Strong systems thinking and customer communication skills
