You will manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from initial data access to delivering working systems that provide measurable value. Working across data engineering, applied AI, and customer success, you will build reusable tools and frameworks to streamline future implementations.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with revenue and operations leaders to define business objectives and prioritize builds.
- Map technical data structures to business concepts by exploring warehouse schemas.
- Validate data ontologies through interviews with data and business teams.
- Build and troubleshoot customer-facing signals, workflows, and agent setups.
- Define success metrics and analyze results to demonstrate business value.
- Create reusable validation frameworks and mapping tools from deployment insights.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years in a technical, customer-facing role like solutions or forward deployed engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehouses, including experience with dbt.
- Ability to navigate and understand undocumented database schemas.
- Background in applied statistics or data science, including modeling and calibration.
- Experience configuring custom agents beyond default implementations.
- Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent quantitative field.
