As a founding member of the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will bridge the gap between AI technology and real-world business impact. You will partner with strategic customers to design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents that integrate with the the company Agent Hub.
This position requires defining operational playbooks and technical roadmaps from the ground up. You will turn specific client solutions into reusable platform capabilities, shaping the future of AI-first learning while working in a hybrid environment.
What you'll do
- Define FDE team operations, internal playbooks, and technical roadmaps
- Map complex L&D workflows to identify opportunities for agentic AI
- Design and deploy custom AI agents integrated with customer systems
