As the first dedicated Growth PM at the company, you will architect the product-led growth strategy that converts new users into paying customers. You will leverage data to refine onboarding flows, drive activation, and create organic network effects within an AI-native platform for advertisers.
What you'll do
- Refine new-user experience and onboarding flows using behavioral analytics
- Define success metrics for funnel stages and iterate based on insights
