As a founding member of the technical team, you will design infrastructure that turns customer conversations and GTM signals into real-time organizational responses. You will work directly with executive leadership to ensure insights drive automated workflows across sales, product, and engineering rather than remaining static in dashboards.

- Design systems to analyze the company data, call recordings, and customer interactions continuously
- Translate insights into automated workflows that span the entire organization
- Dynamically update outbound and inbound messaging using real conversation data
