Nectar is building an AI-native social operating system to transform how brands engage with communities. As the first GTM Engineer, you will create the internal infrastructure that powers sales and marketing efforts. You will design outbound strategies based on authentic signals rather than automated spam, leveraging unique consumer data to drive measurable growth.
What you'll do
- Ship end-to-end internal tools for sales, marketing, and leadership within days
- Make build-versus-buy decisions and ensure tool adoption and reliability
- Define and build systems for high-quality, signal-based outbound outreach
- Leverage real-time consumer data to create unique outbound capabilities
- Run growth experiments by hypothesizing, building, measuring, and scaling
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping reliable internal tools used daily by teams
- Proficient with AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor
- Track record of running outbound or growth experiments with measurable results
- Strong understanding of effective modern outreach strategies
- High ownership mindset with low ego
Nice to have
- Experience with Clay, n8n, Gong, or Salesforce
- Background in martech, social data, or selling to consumer brands
- Prior experience as a founding team member or first GTM engineer
