Join the Fraud & Risk Operations team at Eneba, a global marketplace for digital gaming products. You will help protect millions of users by identifying emerging risks, resolving fraud cases, and ensuring secure transactions across the platform.
What you'll do
- Monitor marketplace transactions and user activity for suspicious behavior
- Review daily fraud tickets including unbans and KYC verification cases
- Investigate suspicious account activity and escalate complex issues
- Analyze transaction data to identify unusual patterns and fraud risks
- Use monitoring tools and dashboards to support prevention activities
- Document investigation findings and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with analysts to improve fraud detection workflows
What you'll need
- Experience in fraud prevention, risk ops, or payment operations
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition skills
- Basic analytical skills with spreadsheets or reporting tools
- Ability to follow procedures and make informed decisions
- Proactive attitude with curiosity about online marketplaces
- Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Fluent in written and spoken English
