You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance user interfaces for Addi’s marketplace across mobile and web platforms. Working closely with designers and product owners, you will deliver seamless experiences for millions of customers and merchants in Colombia’s fastest-growing fintech ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Take end-to-end ownership of designing, testing, and releasing software to production
- Collaborate with designers and product owners to build intuitive user experiences
- Architect maintainable and performant user interfaces for mobile and web
- Develop daily using TypeScript, Storybook, React, and React Native
- Review pull requests and share knowledge with the engineering team
- Deploy new features via CI/CD pipelines and contribute to architecture decisions
- Participate in an occasional on-call rotation to support platform stability
What you'll need
- At least five years of full-time software engineering experience
- Proven experience building mobile applications with React Native
- Strong foundation in UX/UI design principles
- Expertise in writing well-structured HTML and CSS code
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and development tools
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate effectively within a distributed team
