You will act as a trusted advisor to client executives, leading large-scale modernization of operations and technology platforms. The position demands strong leadership in complex delivery environments and a strategic approach to solving business challenges.
What you'll do
- Lead large-scale platform transformation programs for insurance clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders
- Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies
- Oversee program scope, budget, risks, and overall delivery performance
- Coach and mentor consulting teams to foster accountability and growth
- Support account growth through proposal development and opportunity identification
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions and automation tools
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
- Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
- Knowledge of policy administration platforms like FAST, FINEOS, or ALIP
- Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain processes
- Program management experience with onshore/offshore delivery models
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for executive communication
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience as a Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Release Train Engineer
- Background in Agile and SAFe transformation programs
- Experience supporting business development and account growth activities
