Anyone AI is seeking Full-Stack Developers to contribute to a project with a leading AI Lab. This consultant role involves designing realistic engineering tasks, including bug fixes and feature implementations, while reviewing peer work for quality and accuracy.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and features
- Write natural-language specifications and reference code
- Develop unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs
What you'll need
- Advanced professional written English proficiency
- 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Experience with backend or full-stack production systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug large, multi-file codebases
- Experience with code reviews and refactoring
