Join Anyone AI as a consultant to create realistic software engineering challenges for an AI lab. You will design coding scenarios involving bug fixes, features, and refactoring while reviewing peer submissions for quality.
This is a flexible, project-based engagement where you control your schedule. You will write specifications, reference implementations, and test suites to ensure high-quality training data.
What you'll do
- Design multi-file coding tasks for bug fixing and feature development
- Write clear natural-language specifications and reference code
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and realism
- Identify edge cases and potential failure modes in code
- Ensure alignment between specs, code, and expected outputs
What you'll need
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- Experience with backend or full-stack production systems
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest or Jest
- Ability to debug and navigate large codebases
