Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will help build the AI Neobank app, turning ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to launch features fast and improve them post-release. This position suits product-minded engineers who enjoy owning outcomes end-to-end and building internal automation to scale operations.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Turn ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch quickly
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Monitor, debug, and improve your work after release
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable with frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, and authentication
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
