This position suits product-minded engineers who thrive in ambiguity and own outcomes from concept to production. You will collaborate with global teams to launch fast and iterate based on real user needs.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and support automation.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch and improve features.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems post-release to ensure reliability.
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with a portfolio of real shipped products.
- Proficiency in frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stacks.
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, authentication, and integrations.
- Ability to simplify messy workflows and maintain strong product sense.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Based in Indonesia with strong English communication skills.
