This position is for product-minded engineers who can turn ambiguous problems into working systems. You will collaborate with global teams to launch features quickly and improve them post-release.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC.
- Transform ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch and iterate.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release to ensure reliability.
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and debugging.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks.
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, and authentication.
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Capable of working fast with ambiguity and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Must be currently based in Ireland.
