Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Full Stack Engineer. You will help expand their ecosystem into spending, saving, and investing by building fast, reliable products for their AI Neobank application.
This position is ideal for product-minded engineers who can navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will collaborate with global teams to turn ideas into working systems that improve daily financial management for users.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch quickly.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work at scale.
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release.
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks.
- Solid understanding of API design, data models, and authentication.
- Ability to simplify messy workflows and work with ambiguity.
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
