Join Doit to help reinvent how people manage money through smart, accessible financial tools. You will work on an AI-driven Neobank app, turning ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with clean user experiences.
This position requires a product-minded engineer who can move quickly between frontend and backend tasks. You will collaborate with global teams to ship features for payments, travel, FX, and automation while owning the entire lifecycle from development to production support.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and risk management.
- Transform ambiguous product requirements into working systems with reliable logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch and improve features.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems post-release to ensure stability.
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with a track record of shipped products.
- Proficiency in frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar stacks.
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, and authentication.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and work effectively with ambiguity.
- Comfortable with production debugging and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.
