Join Doit to help reinvent how people manage money through smart, accessible financial tools. You will work on the AI Neobank app, turning ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
This position is for product-minded engineers who can move quickly across the stack. You will collaborate with global teams to launch features for onboarding, payments, and more, while owning your work from development through to production monitoring.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Turn ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch fast
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release
What you'll need
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and debugging
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, and authentication
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Based in China with strong English communication skills
