Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Full Stack Engineer. You will help expand services like spending, saving, and investing by building fast, reliable products for the AI Neobank app.
This position is for product-minded engineers who can navigate ambiguity and turn ideas into working systems. You will collaborate with global teams to launch features quickly and improve them post-release.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, and KYC
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams for fast launches
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual operational work
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable with frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and debugging
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks
- Solid backend fundamentals including data models and authentication
- Strong product sense to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work fast with ambiguity and own end-to-end outcomes
- Based in the Netherlands
- Strong English communication skills
