This position is ideal for product-minded engineers who can navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will collaborate with global teams to turn ideas into working systems that improve daily financial management for users.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and support automation.
- Transform ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch and improve features.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems post-release to ensure reliability.
What you'll need
- Strong full stack engineering experience with a portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
- Experience with modern frontend stacks like React, Next.js, or Vue.
- Solid understanding of backend fundamentals including data models and authentication.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and work effectively with ambiguity.
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.
