This position suits product-minded engineers who can navigate frontend, backend, and database layers to ship working products quickly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch features and improve them post-release.
What you'll do
- Build and ship product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Transform ambiguous problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch quickly
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual operational work
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable with frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and debugging
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks
- Solid backend fundamentals including data models and authentication
- Ability to simplify messy workflows and work with ambiguity
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
