Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing. This role focuses on building the AI Neobank app, requiring engineers who can move fluidly between frontend, backend, and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Translate ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch and improve features
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, authentication, and reliability
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Must be based in Austria
- Strong English communication skills
