Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Full Stack Engineer. You will help expand services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing by building fast, reliable products for the AI Neobank app.
This position is ideal for product-minded engineers who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning features from concept to production. You will collaborate with global teams to simplify complex financial workflows and improve user experiences.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch quickly.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work at scale.
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release.
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks.
- Solid understanding of API design, data models, and authentication.
- Ability to simplify messy workflows and work with ambiguity.
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
