Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing services. You will work on the AI Neobank app, turning ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
This position is for product-minded engineers who can move quickly across the stack to ship features. You will collaborate with global teams to launch fast and improve products post-release, focusing on customer journeys and internal automation.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Transform ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI engineers to launch quickly
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems after release
What you'll need
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging
- Proficient in React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frontend stacks
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, authentication, and reliability
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify messy workflows
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Based in China with strong English communication skills
