Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Full Stack Engineer. You will help expand services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing by building fast, reliable products for the AI Neobank app.
This position is ideal for product-minded engineers who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning features from concept to production. You will collaborate with global teams to simplify complex financial workflows and improve user experiences.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases
- Create workflows for onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Transform ambiguous product problems into systems with clean UX and reliable logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to launch and iterate
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Monitor, debug, and improve systems post-release to ensure reliability
What you'll need
- Strong full stack experience with a portfolio of shipped products
- Proficiency in frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
- Solid backend fundamentals including APIs, data models, and authentication
- Ability to work quickly with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Strong product sense to simplify messy workflows
- Comfortable with production debugging and cross-layer development
- Based in Hong Kong with strong English communication skills
