Join Aldren as an early engineer to shape an AI-driven solution for compliance and regulatory processes. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to deliver high-accuracy tools for document review and annotation.
This role offers significant ownership from day one, allowing you to influence both product direction and business strategy within a lean, experienced team.
What you'll do
- Build and own core product interfaces including document viewers and annotation layers
- Design and implement reliable, low-latency APIs connecting AI systems to the front-end
- Manage the data layer with a focus on schema design and query performance
- Ensure data integrity within a compliance-sensitive environment
- Collaborate directly with customers to translate workflows into product decisions
- Define and implement best practices for AI-native user experiences
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping full-stack products from start to finish
- Product-minded approach prioritizing user experience over pure implementation
- Experience building applications around AI products, not necessarily training models
- Ability to develop quickly while maintaining clean, maintainable code
- Interest in complex, document-heavy domains requiring high accuracy
- Curiosity is valued over specific industry background
