Join ElevenLabs as a founding engineer for the Ads Engine, a system that plans, generates, and optimizes ads using AI audio and video models. You will operate without a product manager or predefined specs, taking full ownership of user research, technical decisions, and deployment.
The team values rapid experimentation and high-velocity shipping over perfect documentation. You will build data pipelines, agent tools, and user interfaces while leveraging LLMs pragmatically to drive product impact.
What you'll do
- Own a product area end-to-end without handed-down specifications
- Talk to users directly to determine priorities and build strategy
- Ship features across data pipelines, agent tools, and UI
- Integrate competitive intelligence into engine workflows
- Launch new ad formats and optimize performance across markets
What you'll need
- Experience shipping products end-to-end as a founder or early engineer
- Strong full-stack skills capable of building pipelines and UIs
- Pragmatic experience building with LLMs, agents, and retrieval
- Ability to define product direction based on user feedback
- Comfort working in European timezones
Nice to have
- Background in ad platforms, adtech, or marketing tools
- Experience with analytics, attribution, web builders, or CMSs
- Strong sense of creative taste and design
