Join the CreativeVoices team at ElevenLabs to turn frontier speech research into products used by millions. You will own backend architecture and production systems for features including Voice Changer, Voice Isolator, and Voice Library.
The team works closely with research engineering and security to ensure reliability and scale. You will handle everything from system design to frontend changes where needed, driving impact across the stack.
What you'll do
- Modernize voice architecture including data models, storage, and APIs
- Ensure reliability of voice cloning and fine-tuning pipelines
- Implement monitoring, retries, and failure recovery mechanisms
- Build capabilities for voice creation, verification, and recommendation
- Own workstreams from design to production across the stack
What you'll need
- Strong backend experience with high-traffic production systems
- Solid system design and database fundamentals
- Expertise in data modeling, concurrency, migrations, and security
- Experience operating production services with strong debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Confidence working across the full stack

- Experience modernizing complex systems
