Join the Studio team at ElevenLabs to shape the "produce once, distribute everywhere" workflow. You will design systems that take finished projects through dubbing pipelines, handling multiple languages and aspect ratios automatically. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will define specs via RFCs and drive projects from draft to launch.
What you'll do
- Own the workflow for distributing Studio projects across languages and formats
- Shape technical specifications through written proposals and RFCs
- Pressure-test data structures with the team lead before implementation
- Carry projects from initial draft through to final launch
- Build systems that automate dubbing and caption translation processes
What you'll need
- Strong backend generalist with experience shipping complex data-heavy systems
- Comfortable handling enterprise-grade concerns like usage reporting
- Demonstrated product ownership via side projects or open source work
- Proven ability to take projects from inception to launch independently
- Good product instincts for deciding what features are worth building
