Join the dedicated enterprise engineering team at ElevenLabs, bridging the gap between major clients and core product development. You will translate specific customer needs into scalable solutions, deciding when to build custom integrations or improve the platform for all users. This position requires shipping end-to-end features with minimal supervision in a high-velocity environment.
What you'll do
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements
- Decide between building bespoke integrations or general product improvements
- Ship end-to-end features with minimal direction from product managers
- Unblock enterprise deals by delivering tailored technical solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance self-serve capabilities
What you'll need
- Experience as a forward-deployed or solutions engineer in B2B startups
- Proven track record presenting technical solutions to enterprise clients
- Strong full-stack skills including APIs, auth, and security reviews
- Ability to implement SSO, access control, and enterprise plumbing
- Skill in translating vague customer asks into concrete technical specs
- Comfortable working autonomously without detailed PM definitions
Nice to have
- Experience with localization or Translation Management System integrations
- Familiarity with brand or marketing tooling ecosystems
- Background in adtech or related advertising technologies

How you'll work
- Remote-first policy allowing work from anywhere in US East Coast to Europe
