Join the Retail Media team at Constructor, a platform optimizing ecommerce search and discovery with in-house AI engines. You will help build a comprehensive dashboard interface that allows brands to manage ad placements, targeting, and analytics within retailer environments.
The team focuses on creating seamless integrations for online retailers, enhancing ad visibility and providing robust performance data. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features for both retailers and brands.
What you'll do
- Design, deliver, and maintain web applications in collaboration with engineers
- Build Retail Media functionality alongside Product and Design teams
- Develop and update features with technical and non-technical partners
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside the team
- Implement Customer dashboard features using TypeScript and React
- Integrate frontend work with backend services built on Python and FastAPI
What you'll need
- Strong foundation in client-side JavaScript and computer science principles
- Solid experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React
- Proven track record building and debugging full-stack web applications
- Experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Good understanding of API design principles and Service-Oriented Architecture
- Familiarity with relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions
- Analytical skills with SQL experience for gathering insights from reports
- Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Previous experience building ad tech solutions is highly valued
