Join BJAK to develop the AI Finance Agent, helping users manage spending, saving, and investing. You will work across frontend, backend, and internal systems to turn concepts into shipped products quickly. This position supports insurance, payments, and other financial verticals within a global team.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal features from start to finish
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, and investing sectors
- Collaborate with product and design teams to launch features rapidly
- Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance system reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after deployment
- Create tools that reduce manual effort and increase business speed
What you'll need
- At least three years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Proficiency with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build functional products without perfect specifications
- Solid product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Must be currently based in Indonesia
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
