Join BJAK as a Full Stack Software Engineer focused on the AI Finance Agent. You will turn ideas into working products by developing customer-facing features, backend APIs, and operational systems across insurance, payments, and investing.
This position requires strong product sense and the ability to move quickly from rough requirements to launched features. You will collaborate with design, mobile, and operations teams to improve production reliability and reduce manual work.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, and travel
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to launch fast
- Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after launch
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed
What you'll need
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specs
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
