You will join BJAK to develop the AI Finance Agent, creating features that span frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and internal operational systems. The team focuses on delivering fast, product-minded solutions for insurance, payments, and savings across Southeast Asia.
This position requires engineers who can translate rough requirements into working products quickly. You will collaborate with design and mobile teams to launch features, handle data flows, and ensure production reliability while reducing manual business processes.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, and financial services
- Collaborate with product and design teams to launch features rapidly
- Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance system reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after launch
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specifications
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
