Join BJAK as a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the AI Finance Agent, expanding beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. You will work across frontend, backend, and internal tools to turn ideas into working products quickly for users in Southeast Asia.
This position is ideal for product-minded engineers who enjoy owning features from concept to launch. You will collaborate with design, mobile, and operations teams to improve production reliability and reduce manual work through better tooling.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, and travel
- Collaborate with product, design, and mobile teams for fast launches
- Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve system reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after launch
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed
What you'll need
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specs
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Based in Korea with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
