Join BJAK as a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the AI Finance Agent. You will turn ideas into working products by developing customer-facing features, backend APIs, and operational systems across insurance, payments, and investing.
This position is for product-minded engineers who can move quickly across the stack. You will collaborate with design and mobile teams to launch features fast while ensuring production reliability and improving user experiences through data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Build customer-facing and internal product features from start to finish
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and dashboards
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, and travel
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams for fast launches
- Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability
- Use analytics and feedback to refine features after deployment
- Create tools that reduce manual work and increase business speed
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specifications
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging issues across the entire technology stack
- Based in Poland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace platforms
- Background in consumer apps or high-volume systems
